Heralded as the new Noosa, the beachside township of Bargara is undergoing a major transformation.
The Coral Coast was first discovered by Matthew Flinders in 1799 as he sailed along the protective passage on the western side of Fraser Island. Since then the pristine beaches of Bargara have been enjoyed as the prime coastal retreat of Bundaberg’s Bourgeoisie.

More recently due to the scarcity of prime beachfront locations on the Sunshine Coast, the attention of developers have been focused on the area.
Astute property investors have also rushed to secure recent beachfront developments which have sold off the plan before advertising programs had even swung into action.Local agents believe that purchasers are well informed.
They are simply applying the recommendations of many of Australia’s leading property experts who continue to advise that prime waterfront locations continued to outperform most other residential opportunities.
